Loyd Tate has been practicing criminal law in Arizona for over 25 years. His diverse life experience as a former U.S. Air Force Officer, Community College teacher and High School Football coach all have developed in him a love for helping people. Tate’s law practice has been centered in criminal defense. He is a trial lawyer, having taken over 75 cases to trial before a jury. He practices law in Federal, State and Municipal Courts. He has also been asked to arbitrate in certain civil matters. As a counselor, he is attuned to assessing the facts of a criminal matter applying the law for the best outcome for his clients.
